The triskele symbol has become associated with Celtic myth and spirituality, but its use goes back to Neolithic times. Three intertwined spirals that can represent so much — body, mind and spirit, evocations of triple goddesses in ancient indigenous lore and more… As a herbalist, it’s a symbol that has taken on meaning for me as a I walk alongside those on herbal journey — a bridge between the plants and the person seeking their support. And as a symbol of how wellness, creativity and our life intersect.
Being able to facilitate others to have access to the healing power of plants and to find their own healing paths is a privilege, and incorporating this into how we live, work and create is transformative.
My herbal work is also a triskele –

Journal Pieces on the Herbs
These fall into two groups and you will find an index of posts on the pages below:
Walking with herbs: these are posts about our herbal companions, exploring a relationship with a particular herb in depth
Herbs of terrain: newsletters exploring a particular theme in herbalism and how we connect our plant allies to the bodies we inhabit.

Along the Herbal Path
When we gather, we become each others’ safe space. When we gather alongside not only other humans, but with our more-than-human friends, we strengthen our connections to this earth that is our only home.
Each first Monday of the month a group of people who identify as women meet for Along the Herbal Path. You can subscribe monthly and you’re welcome to join only for the months you can make or have an ongoing subscription to give you rolling access to the community space.
It’s a place where we find that in paying attention to the natural world we are seen and heard in turn.
There are nourishing meditations, inspiring prompts, herbal recipes and videos… and, above all, there’s space for one another, for our hearts, our bodies, for meeting allies in the healing plants.
Together with the herbs, we create a little alchemy.
The monthly subscription to Along the Herbal Path is £20/€23/$26.

One to one wellness consultations
I’m a fully qualified herbal practitioner. I trained with The Plant Medicine School in Ireland and have also studied aromatherapy with The Well School, UK, Sensory Herbalism with the Seed SistAs, UK and Vitalist and Alchemical Herbalism with the School of Evolutionary Herbalism). I love working with those who are listening to their bodies and seeking support from our herbal allies.
My focus is not on pushing bodies towards some mythical standard of perfection, but on helping you to find more ease and better rhythms in the real body you inhabit accompanied by herbs that match your constitution and terrain. When we listen deeply to both the herbs and our body, extraordinary things can happen and we often find our stories shifting in unimagined ways.
If you’d like to work with me one to one in this way drop me an email
I’d love to walk this path with you.
